Our Project Management approach is simple, understand the Client's design brief, engage appropriately experienced consultants, design out unnecessary cost and risk items, tender the site works competitively or manage a "negotiated" contract carefully, then supervise the site activities to ensure that cost creep is minimised and delivery times are achieved.
